  I had an issue with a newly purchased water pump, which was repaired under warranty by Civcon at Heathbrae. The repair was completed in a timely manner and the service by Kody was great. He took the time to answer all my queries and was very helpful in organising the additional items I purchased from their impressive range of plumbing stock.

  Unfortunately not a great experience dealing with Civcon. I have been with EarthSafe for over 23 years, long before Civcon bought them out. They service and maintain the onsite aerated water treatment system at an investment property I own. Servicing has deteriorated of late.
  The system is old and there is no denying that yet the internal components were damaged following a pump out and they didnt even make note of the damage on the following inspection report. very disappointing. management could not care less just putting it down as wear and tear given the age of the system. The system is paid to be inspected quarterly yet there were periods of over 6 months between inspections. makes it hard when its a rental and you cant personally keep a close eye on things. needless to say - taken my business elsewhere

  Great water tank but the worst customer service we have experienced.
  One would presume if you were interested in purchasing a Pioneer water tank and wanted all the bells and whistles a salesman would be keen to follow up with you. That should have been our first warning since we had to do all the chasing.
  The second alarm bell should have been when we arrived to discuss our options to discover the salesman had finished before closing. Again no follow up to reschedule another meeting.
  Next, we were expected to pay 90% to secure our product, not the expected 10%. The comment made was the salesman was sick of holding water tanks for customers.
  After the installation we noticed that not everything was included, apparently that’s on us. If I knew the items were missed and not part of the tanks inclusion, I would have highlighted it straight away. We don’t have a problem paying, where was the communication? There was no offer to help with assisting us as customers, just the additional cost if we still wanted to purchase the missed items. My husband spoke with someone who said they look into it and call him back, of course that was two weeks ago. The following week we receive an email stating we had to pay additional fees before receiving the product we still wanted to go ahead. We were given an amount with no breakdown of cost or labor so I responded asking for a breakdown. Who in business sends out that type of response? Another week has passed and we are still waiting for a response.
  
  Now we have the dilemma of who we should contact in the future for our water pumps, water filters, fire pumps and all the water tank plumbing we still require. Obviously this business is doing so well there they don’t need customers nor the money.

  Fantastic Service, had new pump and filtration connected by Andrew. The whole team are always willing to go above and beyond
