- trudi cox Added January 21, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆i am absolutley appaulled with my stay at this dirty scummy place the family room i stayed in was $140 a night wich was totally disgusting it had reverse cycle air conditioning that didnt work, we asked for fresh towels because we stayed 2 nights they declinded with the excuse they save water gross!!! also when i mentioned there was no SMOKE alarm present in the room the manager said what made me think there was going to be a fire?? also im home back in brisbane and now he decides to ring n say we STOLE a blanket with no proof.. wea still theifs, i am so appaulled a bissness can operate in this way and talk to anybody let alone a customer in this way i would not reccomend this hole to anyone not even my dogg the worst place ever worst service and most disgusting rooms
