13 times I have called this week, phone was answered once.
Left three voicemails, on three separate days, no reply as yet.
I have a phone that was sent away for repair over TWO MONTHS ago, and have spent the last THREE WEEKS trying to get an update from the Manager. I may as well try calling the Telstra CEO, maybe they will answer their phone!
Understaffed?
Under-trained?
Or just don't care?
